feat(hardware): easter egg in exposed copper

Move the 'isaac & lisael are best' text back to F.Cu as requested,
in the only copper- and silk-free window of the board (x 78-108,
y 53-56.5), with a matching F.Mask text so the copper is exposed
(HASL finish) and a no-pour rule area underneath so the GND fill
keeps clear of the letters and of the mask aperture.

DRC back to the 13 production-inherited violations, 0 unconnected,
no shorting items, no solder-mask bridge.
