fix(hardware): restore SW_NODE via + silk text

The routing review pass had two fab-blocking issues caught by
DRC: the track cleanup removed the via joining the B.Cu SW_NODE
bypass to the F.Cu diagonal at (167.53, 36.4) (open node + stale
GND fill overlap), and the 'isaac & lisael are best' text was
placed on F.Cu where it shorted Net-(U6-P16).

Re-add the via (0.8/0.4), align the 5 um endpoint offset, move
the text to F.Silkscreen (kept, same position), refill zones.
DRC: 13 violations, all inherited from the production board
(starved thermals, annular, outline), 0 unconnected, 0 short —
better than the 22-violation baseline.
