docs: add 13s pack lab photos to the deck

Context: the 48 V variant section showed only the schematic; the
actual target pack examined on the bench was not illustrated.

Approach: three teardown photos added next to the 48 V schematic
in the switching section.

Changes:
- Pack overview: Ninebot 13s, 46.8 V / 24.5 Ah / 1147 Wh
- Connector close-up: separate power and signal ports, parallel
  behaviour still to characterise
- Opened internal BMS, silicone-potted, still alive - the main
  open risk of the 48 V scenario

Impact: the deck now documents the 48 V study end to end, from
target pack to drafted sub-board schematic.
