docs: add bench validation photos to the deck

Context: the S3 gate (field validation) is now backed by real bench
work; the deck only showed renders and schematics so far.

Approach: two bench photos added to the validation section of the
presentation, HTML and PDF regenerated.

Changes:
- Section 12: v2.0 board powered on Li-ion 7s 18 Ah packs (Anderson
  connectors, battery master switch and fuse, lab PSU), blue
  command LEDs lit on active channels
- Section 12: close-up of the current-capacity reinforcements
  (tinned bare-copper zones, bolted ring lugs)

Impact: the deck now shows the real hardware running, documenting
the L3 bench progress toward the S3 gate.
