chore(hardware): kicad10 resave + IRF5210 in v2.0

Context: interactive KiCad session on the reference copy
(hardware/PCB/PCB BMU v2.0) following the 48 V variant work.

Approach: this commit records the working-tree state produced by
that session.

Changes:
- PCB BMU v2.0 projects (BMU-v2, BMU_switch_mosfet) resaved in
  KiCad 10 format (version 20260306, generator 10.0)
- BMU_switch_mosfet values updated to IRF5210STRLPBF in the
  reference copy; stale LCSC datasheet links dropped
- JLCPCB gerbers and drill files regenerated for the sub-board
- BMU_switch_mosfet_48v project/prl settings updated by opening
  the project in KiCad

Impact: the reference copy is aligned with the 48 V sub-board
design and its fabrication outputs are up to date.
