feat: add Skip button to all onboarding steps

Subtle text link at the bottom of every onboarding step that skips directly to the dashboard. Positioned unobtrusively so it doesn't compete with primary actions but is available for advanced users. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
