fix: improve text contrast on downloads page

Browse Source 
Bump opacity on dark-grey-on-dark text elements so they're visible:
informational text (sizes, speeds, labels) gets full exo-light-gray,
interactive icons get /70 at rest, hover-only elements get /60.
