[ArchCurtainWall] Regression Curve Support

Fix https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/issues/23945

"Arch_CurtainWall results in an error when trying to create it based on a sketch consisting of spline or arc."

This fixes the regression introduced in -
