MDL-69023 mod_lti: remove superfluous css rule

The mod_lti css rule .path-mod-lti .message conflicts with text alignment in chats in message an can be removed. The last occurrence of the css class "message" was deleted from the mod_lti code in 2011 with 036e84c389 (see MDL-30354). Signed-off-by: Daniel Ziegenberg <[email protected]>
