chore: drop liveblocks dependency
...
Remove @liveblocks/client and @liveblocks/zustand; add ws and a
server npm script. Update README (fork attribution preserved, WS
backend usage), .env.example (VITE_RT_URL), and pin the /blocs-pro/
base in vite.config.
