Seth Hillbrand 340496acae Restore custom SPICE analysis tab in simulation dialog 
The custom analysis tab was missing from the "New Simulation Tab" dialog
because ST_UNKNOWN was not included in the dropdown list of simulation types.
This prevented users from creating custom SPICE directives.
