The Rule Editor could write solder_mask_sliver constraints into .kicad_dru files, but the parser pipeline was left undone. This was causing Unrecognized item solder_mask_silver on every save Once parsing succeeded, all rules loaded for the first time, the rule loader had no explicit case for MATCHED_LENGTH_DIFF_PAIR. The overlay panel then dereferenced a failed dynamic_pointer_cast causing a null deref crash. The panel matcher claimed SKEW_CONSTRAINT for MATCHED_LENGTH_DIFF_PAIR. Matched length diff pair constrains absolute trace length, not skew.
