Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF

Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Add a new BITMAP_BUTTON widget and use it in the appearances panel

This button behaves like an AUI button, so it is more suited
to being on panels without a border.
