Seth Hillbrand bccf365380 Isolate thread pool loops
Now that we are threading things in different frames, we need to watch
that we are not waiting for a process to complete in one frame while
working in another. To accomplish this, we only wait for our own loop
results

Seth Hillbrand 452e69de85 Move thread pool into true singleton
Thread pool needs to be stored in a single location for all of KiCad
otherwise each kiface will spin up its own pool of persistent threads

This reverts commit 361f61a023.

Seth Hillbrand 361f61a023 Move thread pool to singleton class
Having thread pool as its own singleton in the library meant that each
kiface had its own threadpool, leading to many multiples of the threads
being started. Placing a singleton class in PGM_BASE ensures that all
kifaces use the same thread pool.

The singleton class can be extended to provide single instance
guarantee for any element across kifaces

Seth Hillbrand 0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

John Beard 3d6d8b9946 Strip richio.h from headers that don't need them
Like the DSNLEXER header, this has visibility in over 700
files, whereas well under half actually use any of it
(quite a bit, but not all, of it actually via DSNLEXER)

Many places already forward-declare the OUTPUTFORMATTER type,
by doing that for the others, it still possible to use the
non-IO methods without having to see richio.h.

Jeff Young ee77d06be7 Turn off LTspiceXVII/lib/cmp hack.
Now that performance has improved and we process models
one-by-one there's no need to create fallback models for
the (copiously buggy) standard LTspice libs.

Jeff Young 33efd9e0ef Revert single parsing because we use different parsers
for different model types.

Alos fix AKO & SUBCKT model handling, which can't be done
in parallel because they refer to other models.

Jeff Young 1959bacf08 Performance.
Don't parse PEGTL twice, once for modelType and once for
model itself.

Also don't do O(n^2) searches on parameter names when
reading libraries.

And, because it's still too slow, multi-thread it.

This moves some stuff to REPORTER APIs. Moving more stuff would be good,
but it probably too high-risk at present. We'll wait for 8.0 for that....
