Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
On Windows, reduces trips through the windows message system, substantially increasing performance of long list boxes (such as in the footprint assignment tool)
wx/wx.h includes all wxWidgets .h files, and sometimes creates collision
names in #define between kicad and windows headers
Moreover, blindly including a lot of useless files is compil time consuming
