On GTK, wxFileDialog defaults to local_only mode which hides GVFS-mounted
filesystems like Google Drive, SMB shares, and external drives mounted
through GVFS. This adds a platform-specific function that disables
local_only mode to show these network/virtual filesystems.
Apply AllowNetworkFileSystems to all file dialogs across KiCad
to ensure directories on network filesystems are visible when
browsing for files.

Makes all canvases obey the same rendering parameter. Also keeps the
canvas selection with the anti-alias selection, which makes logical
sense. Reduce the antialias selection to a single choice rather than
two different choices for different canvases
There are enough cases of problematic OpenGL implementations to need a
way to avoid calling OpenGL in the first place. This provides a
temporary method for people experiencing crashing KiCad or starting
KiCad over a remote terminal to temporarily enforce software rendering
We now allow the user to specify which in the
New Library dialog.
Also retires the "Export power symbols too" dialog.
Also gives a bunch of file and library dialogs

Also removes separate code-paths for Export to
Library and Export to New Library. The regular

Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Previously, although the fp editor preferences has an option to select the canvas type,
it was read from the the PCBNEW_SETTINGS config, using Kiface().KifaceSettings().
Unlike the old "icon scale" (that actually scaled all bitmaps)
this one actually changes the toolbar size while making use
of the new bitmap bundle functionality

Create 2 wrappers for it: DIALOG_FOOTPRINT_CHOOSER and
FOOTPRINT_CHOOSER_FRAME. The first now gets called from wxGrid
editors, text button editors (such as Change Footprints), etc.
Retire FOOTPRINT_VIEWER_FRAME_MODAL. FOOTPRINT_VIEWER_FRAME still
exists, but has very few uses at this point.
