YiACAD autonomous lot chain - 2026-03-21

Scope

  • Consolidate T-ARCH-101C after the backend service-first cutover.
  • Consolidate T-OPS-119 after the operator index rationalization.
  • Prepare the next minimal autonomous lot without disturbing concurrent work.

Lots completed in this pass

  • T-ARCH-101C extended to compiled KiCad surfaces.
  • T-OPS-119 consolidated around the stable operator index.

Agents and ownership

  • Arendt: compiled KiCad surfaces and service-first migration.
  • Rawls: operator index, TUI routing, operator documentation.
  • Ampere: analysis of remaining deep CAD call sites not yet on backend client.
  • Archimedes: analysis of remaining operator alias, log hygiene and TUI rationalization work.

Delivered paths

  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/tools/cad/yiacad_backend_service.py
  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/tools/cad/yiacad_backend_client.py
  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/tools/cockpit/yiacad_backend_service_tui.sh
  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/tools/cockpit/yiacad_operator_index.sh
  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/docs/YIACAD_BACKEND_SERVICE_2026-03-21.md
  • /Users/electron/Documents/Lelectron_rare/Kill_LIFE/docs/YIACAD_OPERATOR_INDEX_2026-03-21.md

Remaining risks

  • No execution validation has been run in opened KiCad or FreeCAD.
  • Some deep compiled call sites may still bypass yiacad_backend_client.py.
  • Compatibility aliases intentionally keep historical operator routes alive.
  • yiacad-fusion remains blocked outside this repository on the host KiCad entrypoint in mascarade-main.

Next decision rule

  • If deep compiled call sites remain, prioritize the smallest lot that migrates them to service-first.
  • Otherwise, prioritize the smallest lot that removes operator duplication while preserving non-interactive compatibility.
  • Keep append-only or new-file writes when possible because the codebase is shared.

2026-03-21 - Proofs lane

  • Nouveau point d'entree: bash tools/cockpit/yiacad_proofs_tui.sh --action status.
  • Objectif: centraliser backend, review-session, review-history, review-taxonomy et l'hygiene des logs dans une surface canonique sans casser les alias historiques.
  • Documentation: docs/YIACAD_PROOFS_TUI_2026-03-21.md.

2026-03-21 - Canonical operator entry

  • Entree publique recommandee: bash tools/cockpit/yiacad_operator_index.sh --action status.

2026-03-21 - Operator cleanup

  • Duplicate review-context alias removed from tools/cockpit/yiacad_operator_index.sh.
  • Public docs now point to the operator index as the recommended entry.
  • Logs and proofs now have dedicated canonical surfaces.
