Stage 1 du plan téléphone conversationnel: tones FR (dial/busy/ringback), dialer (cadran SHK + /debug/dial, 12 chiffres), machine à états décroché→tonalité→numérotation→ringback/occupé→mute. tones_stop synchrone (arbitrage I2S). Zéro IA. Build vert, flashé, /debug/dial prouvé.
