Le PLIP est muet combiné raccroché (gating de la lecture sur l état hook). PA GPIO21 coupé on-hook ; play ignoré si raccroché ; ring force PA on (sonne on-hook). Boot=on-hook→muet. Testé: boot PA off ✓, play on-hook ignoré ✓ (transitions hook physiques non testables à distance).
