This change fixes 2 issues: 1 The focus lock for modals (e.g. within Tiny editor) did not correctly loop round from the end of the modal to the start. 2 After clicking 'Browse repositories' button in a Tiny editor modal, and closing the file picker, focus did not return to the button as expected.
