The following changes has been done from the original repo:
- Remove README.md, LICENSE.md and .travis.yml
- Review the version.php content, to look like a standard plugin
- Adapt jquery-eu-cookie-law-popup.js and readme_moodle.txt to remove the
eslint-ignore
