Ferran Recio fb753618a8 MDL-72578 course: fix format backward compatibility 
The existing course format plugins are not adapted tu use the new
courseformat subsystem. This means they don't provide a valid renderer,
or hardcode the inclusion of the topics renderer.php file, or do not
extend the format renderer but the core one (missing some methods). This
commit provides some quick fixes to prevent exceptions.

Neill Magill 2ad7a19565 MDL-68189 course: Section name change should display in DD menu 
This patch removed the sectionname hidden element (that was not used
by the keyboard menu anyway)

Changed the aria-label of the section to aria-labelled by as this
means that the description will change as drag and drop updated
things without the need to add additional JavaScript.

When section is hidden but the course setting says to show hidden sections display the hidden
sections consistently with how we display the sections with access restriction.

The only difference is that we didn't previously display the summary of the hidden section
in this case, the new logic repeats this behavior

David Mudrák 7352805df1 MDL-58985 course: Fix display of availability information 
The availability info text can be either a one line short text such as
"Hidden from students" but it can also be a long HTML formatted text
with the list of all restricted access conditions. For the latter, using
bootstrap labels was not appropriate.

This extends the template context data with some boolean flags that
allow to better distinguish the source and meaning of the availability
information and display it accordingly.

sam marshall 00c832d7a1 MDL-44070 Conditional availability enhancements (8): display 
Includes theme and renderer changes required for the new feature.
There are two parts: style required for the display as part of the
course page (when showing the list of conditions for an activity),
and style required for the settings form.

This change supports both the bootstrapbase theme (which was the
main theme used during development) and the old base theme.
