All the setup/teardown/pre/post/conditions template methods
now are required to return void. This was warned with phpunit 7
and now is enforced.
At the same time, fix a few wrong function names,
provider data and param types, return statements...
When exporting comments we can not use comments API because:
- we don't need to call component validate, comments may be disabled right now but
are still stored
- we don't need to call display callback
- we need to export all comments and not only first 15 of them
