Ferran Recio 78d7191ea5 MDL-78782 behat: optimize with editing mode step 
The current I am on course homepage with editing mode loads twice the
course page. This patch prevents this from happening by going directly
to editmode.php.

David Matamoros f551072f9e MDL-74317 output: Remove capability checks in edit mode WS 
- Removed validation on the change edit mode WS. Permission should
be handled where the edit button is rendered in order to show or not
the button.
