Note that, instead of going one by one to them from the XMLDB Editor
(load, makes some tiny change, save, revert the change, save), the
report includes a commented line that, once uncommented, does regenerate
the file while reporting.
I've left it there as a commodity for the developer.
- add column 'courseid' to the feedback_completed and feedback_completedtmp tables
- drop table feedback_tracking because the same information is present in
feedback_completed
I made a number of small tidy-ups to the contrib version before adding this here:
- fixed some language string names
- renamed a capability from deletecompleteds to deletesubmissions (can we use "submissions" everywhere?)
- got rid of language packs (moved english to correct location)
- deleted 'pics' type (it needs to be rewritten to use user files in moodledata)
- moved changelog into README.txt
- moved captcha font out of subdir
- bumped version to today
