The problems was that blocks editing breaks if you redirect
after if (data_submitted()) - all form actions must make sure
it is really their form, otherwise they may hijack the post from
block actions.
Note that this is not a problem for mforms, only legacy forms
are affected.
In new logging api, xxx_get_view_actions() and xxx_get_post_actions()
will not be used to identify the paticipation of user. Event's crud
and edulevel status will define user's participation.

The following used steps were replaced by the ones
added in this issue:
- I fill the moodle form with
- I fill in with
- I select from
- I select radio button

- the field should match
Also removing test for deprecated steps:
- the ASD checkbox should be checked
- the ASD checkbox should not be checked
instance is has been used instead of cmid. This works as all id's are 1
in most cases, but not always.
accesslib_clear_all_caches_for_unit_testing was updated to clear the
$USER->access cache which would fail test when the wrong user's data was used.
