moodler 7387fa2620 Improved Standard Logo theme now actually uses the standard logo. ;-) 
Replacing the logo is as easy as dropping a logo.jpg in the Moodle
home directory OR in the site files

Coincidentally fixed a typo in the theme: "0" was "o".
