Improve the helpers for autocomplete so that:
a) the set field for an auto complete will automatically close the suggestions list.
b) add a new helper to open the suggestions list
c) move the helper for clicking on an element in the suggestions list from tool_lp to core.

This covers MDL-43109, verifying that saved tags
are available on re-edition of a page, without any warning/error.
Also official tags are verified to be working ok. With support
for multiple options added by MDL-43713 and MDL-43738.
The following used steps were replaced by the ones
added in this issue:
- I fill the moodle form with
- I fill in with
- I select from
- I select radio button
- I check
- I uncheck
- the field should match
Also removing test for deprecated steps:
- the ASD checkbox should be checked
- the ASD checkbox should not be checked
In general aiming for compatibility with multiple browsers,
firefox, chrome and phantomjs to be more specific.

drivers implementations when listening to JS events.
