This is implemented for most fields but not all. The reason is that there are
some fields for which this does not make sense because no entry is a valid entry.
The supported fields are:
checkbox
file
latlong
menu
number
picture
radio
text
textarea
url
The unsupported fields are:
date
multimenu
Non-standard means php.ini was set to something not in the default list (like 7MB),
then the config was saved to that specific value, and now the value in php.ini has been changed
again so 7MB does not appear in the list.

it is still not finished though, expect some more commits tomorrow
Removed hard coded message strings from scripts and moved them to the language file.
Fixed a display bug in multimenu field.
Removed rounded help buttons from fields, made the fields use html title to
display the descriptions instead.
Finally, we have an early version good enough for everyone to
start banging on to help us polish it up and find bugs.

We urgently need
- new icons for existing field types
- testing on PostgreSQL install

- Many more field types: calculation, checkbox, relation, date, datetime,
time, email, group, list, user, number, richtext
