Move previous validation from the data controller, added in 89dbe63d,
into the persistent class itself so that it can internally validate
itself rather than relying on callers.
This resolves problems with empty/null numeric fields contained within
course backups (e.g. during course copy).
This has been generated running the following Sniffs, all
them part of the Moodle's CodeSniffer standard:
- PSR12.Functions.ReturnTypeDeclaration
- PSR12.Functions.NullableTypeDeclaration
- moodle.Methods.MethodDeclarationSpacing
- Squiz.Whitespace.ScopeKeywordSpacing
All them are, exclusively, about correct spacing, so the changes
are, all them, only white space changes.
Only exceptions to the above are 3 changes what were setting the
return type in a new line, and, when that happens, the closing
parenthesis (bracket) has to go to the same line than the colon.
This commit is part of work on Custom fields API,
to minimize commit history in moodle core the work of a team of developers was split
into several commits with different authors but the authorship of individual
lines of code may be different from the commit author.
