MDL-29401 introduce new frankenstyle PARAM types
...
New PARAM_COMPONENT, PARAM_AREA and PARAM_PLUGIN + fixing of hopefully all current incorrect parameter types. This should help with diagnosing of incorrectly named 3rd party plugins too.
