The backup/view.php page has been created to display the list of
course reuse actions available for users.
That way, the "Course reuse" option in the secondary navigation
will display this page instead of redirecting to the first action
available.
Apart from that, the headers for all the Course reuse actions have
been homogenised and the tertiary navigation selector has been included,
to replace headers and make it easier navigate between actions.
These pages sit under the 'restore' and 'copy' menu items respectively
but the selected menu item isn't correct because the 'restore.php' and
'copyprogress.php' page URLs don't match the node action for their
respective 'restore' and 'copy' nodes. Force set the selected node in
each case to resolve this.
This patch adds better core support for copying courses.
There is now a simplified and dedicated UI for copying
courses. This can be accessed from the course context
menu or course management screens.
All backups are done asynchronously and there can be multiple
copies of a course in flight at once.
